BACKGROUND

Q & H FOODS, INC. (Q&H) was incorporated in November, 1996 under Philippine laws for the main purpose of providing quality and healthy processed specialty foods to the food service and supermarket sectors. In the process, Q&H has secured, on an exclusive basis for the Philippine market, direct importation and distribution rights from food manufacturers based in the U.S.A., Spain, Italy and China. Among its portfolio of products are the high-in-demand Ken's Premium Mayonnaise from the USA, Sansur and La Pedriza Olive Oils, Olives, & Capers from Spain, the Canfrost line of Tomato Products and Peaches from Spain, Milano's Parmesan Cheese from the USA, and others.

MANAGEMENT

Q&H is managed by the Veloso Brothers from Manila, namely, Amadeo and Luis. Amadeo is the President and CEO, while Luis is the Vice President for Sales & Marketing. Amadeo was connected with a prestigious food and beverage company for almost 30 years. During his stint in that Company, he was involved in the development and management of the Company's various agri and major food businesses.
